The verified tenant directory
What is OpenList?
OpenList is Luxembourg's first verified tenant directory. Like LinkedIn, each profile shows a solvency score - without ever exposing your personal documents. Agencies browse the profiles. You wait for them to come to you.
For tenants
Instant visibility
Your profile appears in the list as soon as you activate Premium. Agencies find you without you having to apply.
Score shown, docs private
The agency sees your Prolocol score and your general profile. Your ID and payslips stay private.
Urgency signalled
Activate the 'Actively looking' badge to show you need housing quickly. Agencies see it first.
For agencies
Pre-screened applicants
All OpenList profiles have a verified Prolocol dossier. Zero sorting, zero surprises.
Filter by score
Browse the list by solvency score, region or sector.
Direct contact
If the tenant has enabled direct contact, message them in one click.
Your consent, your pace - you control what agencies see.
